We have staff who don't live near our Colorado headquarters, and we will consider flexible work locations for some positions.

Leadership Team Candidate
Are you an experienced executive in the investment, retirement and wealth management industry? Are you looking to apply yourself in a first-class organization? Advisor Team Candidate
The threshold to be an advisor on the Janiczek Team is quite high. We only hire professionals who have exceptional expertise in one or more areas of our four specialties (portfolio management, retirement, peak earning stage or transition wealth events). Expertise must be demonstrated in the form of credentials (CFA, CFP, ChFC, MBA, MSFS, JD, CPA, LLM, etc.), experience (5 years +) and verifiable results.
Investment Team Candidate
Are you a CFA with exceptional skills and experience in investment portfolio management? Do you have what it takes to make prudent asset allocation, security selection and risk management decisions? Is your interest in helping financially successful individuals in a fee-only, fiduciary, discretionary registered investment advisory firm with a part passive and part tactical management approach? If so, please indicate your interest in joining our investment team.
Operations Team Candidate
Are you the type of person who has always been a top performer as an administrative assistant, sales assistant, receptionist, project manager or business manager? Do you have an exceptional interest and ability in helping others succeed? Are you organized, self motivated, and self managed? Then we'd like to talk to you.
Service Team Candidate
We have an exceptional service team and regularly add new service team members as we grow. If you have extensive experience and expertise in investment and financial planning back-office client service, we'd love to get to know you. We are particularly interested in candidates with a CFP, ChFC or para-planner credential who are familiar with our tools and techniques. If you've worked with the Schwab Institutional trading platform, Centerpiece Software, and a comprehensive financial planning system, you have an edge. Experience with Tamarac or other rebalancing programs is also a big plus.
