The threshold to be an advisor on the Janiczek Team is quite high. We only hire professionals who have exceptional expertise in one or more areas of our four specialties (portfolio management, retirement, peak earning stage or transition wealth events). Expertise must be demonstrated in the form of credentials (CFA, CFP, ChFC, MBA, MSFS, JD, CPA, LLM, etc.), experience (5 years +) and verifiable results.
In addition to professional competence we favor advisor candidates with exceptional client and team relationship and communication skills. We have rigorous techniques designed to evaluate and (once hired) build these essential skills.
Finally, we look to add professionals who have, in addition to the above, discovered and developed unique abilities in areas that can augment our company in some way other than in the traditional advisor role.
