Our Leadership Team is led by our founder, Joseph J. Janiczek, ChFC, MSFS, Mr. Janiczek sets our goals in all aspects of our business. He continually seeks to build core advantages that give our clients a substantial edge in investment and wealth management.

Our Investment Team is led by Jim Callahan, CFA. Mr. Callahan closely monitors global economic and investment conditions. He tactically manages our portfolios and holdings, seeking to achieve investment objectives while managing risk.

Our Advisor Team is led by Brady Siegrist, CFP ®. His team consists of professionals who have the table-side manner to genuinely connect with clients and the investment and wealth management expertise to deliver our services with excellence.

Our Service Team, led by Danny Rosenthall, CFP ®, consists of Client Result Managers and Client Result Specialists.  They are just a phone call, email, or meeting away from assisting clients in all aspects of creating, implementing and managing accounts, portfolios and plans.

Finally, our Operations Team, led by Paul Winkler, MBA, includes operations staff, project managers, concierge staff, administrative staff and a variety of best-in-class vendors. Their role is to help all aspects of our business to run as smoothly, efficiently and effectively as possible.
