We Build Your Portfolio to Suit Your Circumstances and Needs
Much like a tailor who alters a suit to make it a perfect fit, we take pride in creating a portfolio tailored to your circumstances and needs. This includes the optimal long-term investment strategy for you as well as customized short-term tactic. Here are some of the factors we may consider:

- Your Time Horizon. How long do you need these investment to work for you? Do any of the assets have a shorter-term time horizon than the others?
- Your Risk Temperament. What is your (and if married, your spouse's) comfort level for risk?
- Your Cash Flow Requirements. What amount of withdrawals/distributions will you need from the portfolio now and in the future?
- Your Tax Situation. Do you have unrealized gains or loss carry-forwards? What is your tax bracket? What strategies best suit your tax situation?
- Outside Assets. Do you have investment assets outside of our management that we should consider when building your portfolio?
- Other Income. What other forms of cash flow and income do you receive such as salary, passive investments, pensions, rental properties, business income, etc.?
- Restrictions. Are you an officer of a public company or subject to insider-trading restrictions for certain holdings? Are there any other restrictions we should consider?
- Your Lifestyle Protection Analysis™ Results. What were the results of our back-test and stress-test analysis of your financial and retirement plan? What equity/fixed-income mix range is optimal for your circumstances?
- Your Investment Objectives. What performance, accumulation, and cash flow goals do you want for your portfolio?
The investment plan we recommend will factor in your answers to these questions. It will also be shaped by our forward-looking views of economic and investment conditions. Once we have your approval, we’ll implement the plan and put your portfolio under our tactical management. We may adjust the plan in response to technical or fundamental changes in the markets. We will also be on the lookout for new opportunities or threats to your portfolio.
As your circumstances change, your portfolio needs may change as well. This is why we’ll arrange to meet with you regularly to review your situation and share our outlook on investment conditions. We will also encourage you to alert us to any significant changes in you circumstances, needs, or goals.
